- Maintain occupational health, safety & environment
- Access and evaluate the company condition to legal & other requirements which relevant to company business
- Develop quality & SHE awareness at all organization level through effective promotion & communication
- Develop culture, where employees should be participating on continues improvement through education, training & development
- Provide personal protective equipment to maintain occupational safety & health
- Evaluate the performance of management system implementation continuously
- Develop organizational work process and methods to ensure the effectiveness of management system implementation with international standard
Employees are prohibited to carry, store and/or consume alcohol, narcotic and/or drugs, as it has potential risk for occupational health, safety & environment.
3. MOBILE PHONE POLICY
MII prohibits the use of mobile phone while driving a vehicle. The use of mobile phone is only allowed when vehicle is stopped and only in emergency situations, during convoy management, or any urgent emergency conditions.
4. TRANSPORT OPERATION POLICY
MII is committed to deliver and carry out the transportation in time, as per Customer requirements, and safety regulations will always prevail and be carried out. To achieve that, MII requires the implementation of risk identification, assessment and hazards control in order to reduce the risk.
This policy will be reviewed to ensure compliance with the organization's needs & development.
